Opmiz uses your personal and business data for the following purposes:

• AI Generation & Retrieval (RAG): To process your inputs through language models and vector search pipelines to create custom website layouts, copy, and workflow automations.

6. Third-Party Disclosures & AI Infrastructure Partners

A. AI Infrastructure & Model Providers

To execute AI generation features, Opmiz securely transmits relevant AI Prompts and catalog context to trusted third-party Artificial Intelligence API providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or Google Cloud Vertex AI) and hosting platforms.

We contractually mandate that our enterprise AI API partners maintain strict confidentiality, enforce data encryption, and prohibit the use of your raw inputs, personal data, or proprietary store data to train or improve their public base models.

B. Strategic Service Partners & Payment Gateways

We share data with hosting, analytics, logistics, and payment processing partners necessary to run our service.

Payment Security: Transactions on the Website are encrypted and secure. Credit and debit card information is never received, stored, or retained by Opmiz. All payment data is supplied directly by the User to PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways authorized by relevant financial authorities.

Your Data Is Yours: We do not train public AI models on your identifiable business assets. If you prefer that your store's anonymized interaction data not be used to refine Opmiz's internal workflow models, you may opt out at any time by emailing support@opmiz.com.

 

8. Merchant Responsibility for AI-Generated Outputs

AI algorithms generate content based on probabilistic patterns and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended outputs ("hallucinations").

Merchants retain full administrative authority over their stores and are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated copy, product descriptions, pricing policies, and site layouts before publishing them live to end customers.

 

9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies (small text files placed on your device) to facilitate site navigation, remember login sessions, analyze page flow, and measure promotional effectiveness.

You may decline cookies via your web browser settings, though doing so may disable certain interactive features of Opmiz. Third-party services accessible through our Website may also place cookies beyond our direct control.

 

10. Data Security & Technical Safeguards
